Blair Zigler

Blair Zigler is Managing Attorney of Complex Counsel, where she oversees the company’s operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in banking, commercial lending, wealth management, and business leadership, she brings a seasoned perspective to financial analysis, risk assessment, and complex problem-solving.

As Managing Attorney, Blair combines legal judgment with extensive financial and operational experience to guide the organization’s growth and connect consumers with experienced legal representation. She is committed to making the legal process more accessible and helping individuals pursue accountability and meaningful results.

Before co-founding Complex Counsel, Blair held leadership roles in financial services, advising clients through significant financial decisions and developing expertise in investment planning and business strategy. Her background provides a practical understanding of how businesses operate and how their decisions affect consumers. She previously held FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Blair earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois.
