Blair Zigler

As CEO of Complex Counsel, Blair oversees the company's operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth. With nearly two decades of experience in banking, commercial lending, wealth management, and business operations, she brings a practical understanding of finance, business, and risk management to the organization.
Before joining Complex Counsel, Blair held leadership roles within the financial services industry, where she advised clients through significant financial decisions and developed expertise in business operations, investment planning, and strategic problem-solving. She previously held her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Blair earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, she completed a family law externship in Will County and gained experience with adult guardianship matters in Cook County. She sat for the July 2026 Illinois Bar Examination and is awaiting the results.
